    The paper titled "Governments in foreign countries" edited by Professor Kozyrin A. and Associate Professor Glushko E. has been published. The paper elaborates the nature of a government that became the subject of a comprehensive research therein. It is examined as a political institution of the constitutional law as well as the organ of public administration, whose activity is regulated by the administrative law.

    Professor Kozyrin has visited the Regional Center of the United Nations Development Programme for the Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS in Bratislava as a researcher within the framework of the Innovation programme of HSE.

    Professor Kozyrin was involved as an international expert in the project of the United Nations Development Programme on modernization of customs service, as well as elaboration of the new Customs Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Meetings in the State Customs Committee, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economy and other ministries were conducted within the framework of the visit.
    Additionally, Professor Kozyrin has delivered public lectures in the Center for Economic Research and Military and Customs institute.
